Patricia received her Real Estate license in 2002, and within two years she was asked to manage the sales of 300+ homes in a gated community in the foothills of Valley Springs. Three years later, she was approached to be the National Site Director for a major Foreclosed Home Auction group located in Southern California. She received her Broker’s license in 2010, and asked to join KW Commercial as an Associate Broker, where she found her true calling in real estate. With her no-nonsense business plan, marketing techniques and decades of experience in customer service, Patricia opened her own brokerage – PRB Commercial.
Rob got his Real Estate license in 1989 and went to work for Century 21 Brooktree Realty in San Jose, CA.
After Rob relocated to the Sacramento area, he has worked his way up in management for the past 22 years. Rob continues to worked hard to find the right properties for his clients and is always ready to point out and avoid any problems that may stall the process.
